You need a sizing vendor you can explain to your team. Here is what Shapewiz does, where your data goes, and who to talk to.
We set it up with you.
- On Pro, we set up your first 20 charts. Send them in any form: a photo, a PDF, a spreadsheet or another app’s export.
- We check them against your products: sizes your products sell but your chart doesn’t have, products with no chart, and size names written in different ways, such as XXL and 2XL.
- You see every chart before it goes live, with Test this chart and a live preview.
Your chart, your rules.
- Your chart decides the size. Body or garment charts, laid flat or all the way round, in cm or inches.
- Fit Tuning per chart and per product: runs small or large, stretch, shoulder style.
- Suits and sets sized per piece, with Set Sizing.
- Size names matched however your products write them.
- Kids’ charts show as a chart only. The size finder is for adults.
Where your data goes, in plain words.
No shopper accounts
No names, no emails. Shoppers’ answers stay in their own browser, and “Delete my answers” removes them.
Anonymous counts only
Only after a shopper does something, kept as daily totals for 13 months.
Consent through Shopify
Shopify’s Customer Privacy API decides. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, nothing is saved for counting until the shopper agrees.
No orders or customers
Shapewiz asks Shopify only for products, its own chart data, and files for your How to measure images.
Hosted in Frankfurt
The app runs on Vercel and its database on Neon, both in Frankfurt, Germany.
Deleted when you leave
48 hours after you uninstall, Shopify asks us to erase your store’s data, and we delete it.
About 10 KB on each product page.
The panel loads only when a shopper taps. The size is worked out in the shopper’s browser, so nothing waits on our server. The size link holds its space, so the page doesn’t jump. We test this on phone and desktop before every release. Measured 8 Nov 2026.
Your markets, by themselves.
English and Arabic, plus Urdu, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Turkish, on every plan. Units and digits per market. Regional body adjustments for Pakistan, India and the Gulf switch on from where the shopper is.
Signs in with Shopify.
Shapewiz lives inside your Shopify admin, and Shopify’s staff permissions decide who can open it. No extra passwords. Several stores? Install on each, and move charts between them by export and import.

What we don’t have yet
We’d rather tell you now. Shapewiz has no API, no single sign-on of its own, and no security certificates such as SOC 2. We don’t publish case studies yet. If one of these decides your choice, write to us and we’ll answer plainly.
